Fraggell is a performance creative agency specialising in high-converting ad creatives for DTC brands. We’re looking for a Creative Producer to oversee our video production process and turn creative concepts into high-quality, performance-driven ad content. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in video production management.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee pre-production – Take ideas from our content team and make them happen. This includes sourcing talent, securing locations, and booking necessary resources.
* Manage production logistics – Ensure all moving parts of video shoots are in place, on schedule, and within budget.
* Coordinate teams – Work closely with editors, videographers, and content strategists to bring creative concepts to life.
* Quality control – Ensure all content meets Fraggell’s high standards for performance-driven ad creatives.
* Track deadlines & deliverables – Keep projects running smoothly and ensure clients receive their final assets on time.
Who You Are
* Experienced in video production – You have a strong background in production, ideally in an agency, content studio, or brand marketing team.
* Highly organised & proactive – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
* A strong communicator – You can confidently manage both creative teams and client relationships.
* Detail-oriented but adaptable – You can pivot quickly when challenges arise while maintaining quality and efficiency.
* Marketing-savvy – Some knowledge of DTC and paid social ad production is a big plus.
* Tech-savvy & process-driven – Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and ClickUp to track and manage projects.
* Have experience working on Meta & TikTok ad creatives.
* Have previously managed projects in a creative agency setting.
* Love social media
