Systems Integration Lead Location : Bristol or Stevenage, UK – Hybrid (3 days on-site depending on workload)
Salary : Up to £65,000 depending on experience
***A leading defence technology organisation is seeking a Systems Integration Lead to join their Land Ceptor System of Systems team. In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team, integrating a complex land-based air defence product into wider weapon system contexts for export and evolution programmes.
Lead the integration (physical and functional) of the Land Ceptor product across system-of-systems platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with internal teams, external customers, and industrial partners.
• Project engineering expertise with the ability to autonomously lead work packages.
Bonus of up to 21% of base salary.
