Manager and Admin Support working within the Pharmaceutical industry, hybrid working and starting asap
* Supporting the Senior Manager, Executive Admin with Board and Committee documents
* Board meeting preparation, and signing and management of committee approvals
* Providing support to management team for all investor meetings
* Updating and maintaining the meeting tracker
* Minute taking
* Provide complex diary management, scheduling internal and external meetings and calls, across multiple time zones
* Booking complex travel
* UK purchase orders, and processing
* Provide full cover for Senior Manager, Executive Admin when needed and ad hoc cover to other team members and Head of Departments
* Process monthly expenses
* Create and maintain internal trackers
* Occasionally provide out of hours support if needed
