As a Graduate Education Support Professional, you may:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Provide one-to-one or small-group support
Work with pupils who need additional help
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive learning environment
Support behaviour management and classroom routines
What We’re Looking For
A degree in any subject
Genuine interest in working with children and young people
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, positive attitude
Previous school or youth-work experience is beneficial but not essential
