Your Role
*
Assist the Head of Art in shaping an engaging curriculum across KS3–5, with an emphasis on experimentation and individual expression
*
Deliver inspiring lessons in Art, Photography, and/or Textiles depending on your specialism
*
Support the development of junior colleagues and contribute to departmental CPD
*
Help plan and deliver gallery visits, exhibitions, and enrichment activities that enhance cultural capital
*
Lead on student portfolios for GCSE and A-Level and maintain high standards of assessment and feedback
Ideal Candidate
*
Qualified Art teacher with experience teaching GCSE and A-Level (any specialism welcomed)
*
A genuine passion for the arts and a commitment to developing student creativity
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
