We are currently recruiting for Assembly operatives for our well established client based in Gainsborough.
Hours:
* Monday - Thursday 8:00am- 5:00pm
* Friday - 8:00am- 12:30pm
Pay rate:
* £12.21 per hour
Role:
* Shafting - Apply weights & shaft to club head with epoxy.
* Loft & Lie - Adjust Angle of Head by using leverage bar and or hammer.
* Cutting/Ferule Sand - Cut shaft to length using a circular saw and ferule sand.
* Tape - Apply double-sided tape to the shaft.
* Packing - Assure order is complete and place in required box & apply labels.
* Golf Bag Flat Assembly - Assemble Tops and or Bottoms and insert stay.
* Mold injection operator - Load & unload plastic parts from the machine.
* Tip Blast - Shaft preparation.
* Cardboard recycle - Moving large recycle bin from production floor to compactor.
* Read & Interpret process documentation, such as procedures & work instructions to ensure products are following documented requirements.
* Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* Inspect for quality throughout the assembly process.
* Adhere to company safety rules and procedures.
* A full-time position requiring regular and consistent attendance.
* Other duties as assigned by Management.
