Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Package: Basic annual salary up to £25,000 increasing to £26,000 upon successful completion of passing probation + Bonus and other company benefits

The Customer Service Administrator Role
Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Co-Ordinator, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in Cricklade where you will be a valued member of an internal small and hardworking customer-focused team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has sound customer service and organisation skills.
This role is a great opportunity if you are at the start of your career and looking for development opportunities within the packaging industry. Due to the location of our site, ideally your own transport would be preferred.
Customer Service Administrator Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, it will be your job to manage customers' enquiries, requests and orders, ensuring that all communications are professional, polite and productive.
* Building a rapport with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
* Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.
* Placing orders & building working relationships with key suppliers.
* Liaising with internal production, warehouse and transport regarding the manufacture and delivery of our orders.
* Prioritising own workload with attention to detail and multitasking.
About You
* Skills to provide excellent communication and customer service both in person and virtually.
* Competent levels of numeracy and literacy.
* The ability to follow correct procedures and processes. Well-presented and punctual.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to demanding timescales in a dynamic environment.
* Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
