We are looking for curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions! The Consultant will work with client stakeholders across various sectors including retail, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in industry or professional services in a commercial role, with a Finance or Accountancy qualification. A solid understanding of business principles and Profit & Loss statements is advantageous, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Position details:
Type: Permanent, Full-time, until May 2025
Salary: £45-60k per annum, depending on role and experience
We seek bright, inquisitive minds for the role of Senior Management Consultant – Operations & Supply Chain. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in industry or professional services, a commercial background, and an Accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Our environment is fast-paced and demanding. We undertake challenging commercial projects aimed at value creation and increasing client profitability. Our clients span sectors such as Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Infrastructure.
The Consultant will analyze large datasets, derive insights, evaluate strategic options for value enhancement, and present findings to senior client stakeholders in Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain teams.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing and developing strategies to identify profit improvement opportunities within Operations and Supply Chain functions
2. Building financial models to evaluate profitability, cost efficiency, and investment prospects
3. Preparing presentations and reports on financial insights for clients
4. Implementing Insider Pro’s Agile processes to ensure project consistency and optimal outcomes
5. Collaborating with internal teams for project planning and visibility of timelines and results
6. Pursuing continuous improvement and innovation in our approaches

Our office is based in Leamington Spa, with a minimum of Monday in-office meetings. We support hybrid/remote work and opportunities to visit client or supplier sites during the week.
