We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to deliver innovative technical solutions and support our expanding platform. Reporting to the Design & Build Engineering Manager, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining high-quality solutions aligned with best practices and business needs.
What you'll be doing
* Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
* Maintain and enhance platform performance and reliability.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, DevOps, QA, Support, and external consultants.
* Resolve technical challenges and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
* Keep documentation up to date and share best practices.
About you
* Proven Salesforce development experience and strong understanding of architecture, tools, and best practices.
* Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and deployments.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Administrator) highly desirable.
* Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Desirable
* Experience with Salesforce Lightning, App Builder, Data Cloud, and Agile delivery.
* Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., marketing automation, Einstein).
Interview Process
2-stage interview, including one on-site in the Bristol office.
Working Schedule
We are based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home.
