Based in Glasgow, you'll gain hands on experience across key finance and commercial areas, working with experienced mentors and contributing to real business decision-making from day one. By the end of the programme, you won't just understand the finance function, you'll have the skills, confidence, and experience to make a genuine impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Rotating across core finance and commercial functions, gaining experience in areas such as management accounts, financial analysis & business support, internal audit, credit control, accounts payable, company tax, external audits and preparation of statutory accounts.
* Supporting month end processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
* Working closely with operational teams to understand how financial decisions drive business performance.
* Developing strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
* Using data to support commercial decisions and improve financial processes.
* Getting involved in real projects that contribute directly to the success of the business.
