The Ben Nevis Inn are looking to recruit a Chef to aid the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen. We are a busy restaurant based at the foot of Ben Nevis serving lunches from 12pm to 430pm and dinners from 5pm to 9pm. We also aim to be offering breakfasts every day by April next year We require someone who is motivated, hardworking and has a passion for cooking good homemade food. The position is permanent and year round. We would be looking for someone with prior experience who can help us work towards progressing the business, whilst we push forward with our plans to extend. We base the working week on 4 days through the Summer and 3 days through the winter months. There are no split shifts and when breakfasts are operational it is likely that you will only be required to work 3 nights from 7. There are 5 weeks holiday per annum, shifts are very flexible and we aim to provide a very good work life balance. We have always been commited to not being open from the 24th to the 27th December.
