Purpose of the Role:
To undertake administrative tasks in relation to the running of the Trust's facilities and support ongoing projects.
About the role:
We are looking to recruit a highly organised person with excellent people skills for the role of administrator. This important role requires good customer service skills, as you will be the face of the Development Trust. We would also like applicants to have some accounts admin experience, and will ideally have proven work experience of using QuickBooks or similar accounting software package.
The main responsibilities of the post will include:
* Managing and taking bookings for the Muir Hub, Village Hall and Pavilion
* Working with customers and venue users
* Promoting our venues and events through variety of methods including social media, booking keeping and invoicing
* Supporting specific projects and activities with Board Members and community volunteers
