About the Role: We are looking for an ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and help support and transform our infrastructure environments. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day operational support for on-premise and cloud-hosted server environments and networks. Participate in the design and implementation of new IT processes and policies. Support change control, testing, and deployment of infrastructure services. Act as a 3rd line support, troubleshooting complex issues. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of service delivery. Maintain IT security at all times and assist in the upkeep of security accreditations. Essential Skills: 5 years' experience in an Infrastructure Services role. Strong expertise in: IaaS (Windows/Linux) Azure networking Monitoring and alerting Azure AD/Local AD Windows Server PowerShell scripting Experience with: SAN Storage (HPE Nimble) SD-WAN High availability failover clustering Familiarity with: AWS Palo Alto Firewalls Microsoft Intune Zscaler VPN (a plus) IT-related degree and certifications (Microsoft O365/Azure Administrator, CCNA, ITIL Foundation). Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Full clean driving license
