Service Coordinator / Planner – Maidstone – 28K
There is a new opportunity for a Service Coordinator / Planner to join a company based in Maidstone, Kent. You will mainly support a small but busy engineering team within the HVAC Maintenance industry.
The company has been operating successfully in London and across the UK for over 40 years, now employing over 10 engineers and growing steadily.
Responsibilities include:
1. Scheduling engineers across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors.
2. Coordinating client calls, assigning engineers, and planning maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
3. Managing permits, liaising with subcontractors, updating clients on progress, handling quotations, ordering parts, and organizing meetings for engineers.
4. Proactively scheduling work, maintaining relationships, and addressing concerns promptly.
5. Ensuring compliance with contract targets, monitoring team performance, providing clear objectives, conducting training, and managing correspondence for timely project completion.
Experience using the Job Logic system is a bonus but not essential.
Salary & Package:
* £28,000 salary
* Working hours: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (flexible)
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

The Person:
* Strong administration skills
* Good communication skills
* Efficient, organized, self-motivated
* Computer literate
* Experience scheduling engineers
* Previous experience or knowledge of engineering environments
