We’re looking for a fast-paced and detail-oriented PO Administrator to support our purchasing and finance operations in Dewsbury. If you have experience in administration, finance, or procurement, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raise and process 60–80 purchase orders (POs) daily
2. Respond to email enquiries from suppliers and internal teams
3. Support the purchasing team with admin tasks and order tracking
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of transactions
5. Handle invoice queries
