An established and highly regarded law firm in Darlington is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Property department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at any level – from Newly Qualified upwards – to develop their career within a forward-thinking, top-tier regional firm.

The Role:
1. Acting on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects
2. Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support depending on experience level
3. Working closely with a highly experienced team of specialists, handling matters for a diverse client base including developers, investors, and owner-managed businesses
4. Contributing to the department’s continued growth and success through excellent client service and business development
Requirements:
5. Qualified Solicitor (any level from NQ+), with experience or training in commercial property
6. Strong technical ability and attention to detail
7. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, commercial approach
8. Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and keen to develop within a leading practice
