Interim Manager - Domiciliary Care

Panoramic Associates are supporting a domiciliary care service in Eastern Scotland to recruit an Interim Manager. The service requires an experienced manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance is brought up to standard. The team in place is stable but the service needs someone confident to take the reins.
Key focus areas:
* Day-to-day management of a busy domiciliary care service
* Catching up on compliance tasks: audits, risk assessments, and care plans
* Providing leadership and oversight
* Working closely with senior leadership to maintain the smooth running of the service
Additional details:
* Systems used include Coldharbour and Birdie (experience helpful but not essential)
* Service is registered with the Care Inspectorate
* Initial contract of up to 6 months
* 5 days on site
This role would suit an experienced domiciliary care manager who can confidently step into a busy service, support the team, and bring compliance back up to scratch.
