Are you a registered nurse with a passion for training and developing others? Do you have strong experience in a care setting, including tracheostomy and ventilator care? We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Trainer to support and develop our clinical teams, ensuring the highest standards of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
About the Role: You will play a key role in enhancing clinical practice by delivering training, assessing competencies, and supporting staff development across the service. Working closely with management, you will help ensure all clinical staff are confident, competent, and compliant with best practice standards.
