As a Service Engineer based in Halesowen you’ll be responsible for:
* Servicing and calibrating equipment for our won hire fleet and customer owned equipment, including, where relevant carrying out services at customer premises
* Competently carrying out technical demonstrations on the company’s full range of hire products
* Supplying regional support on the specialist range of equipment that is operated from the central support facility at the HQ in Chesterfield
* Providing telephone technical support both internally and externally
* Delivering first class customer back up including attending breakdowns, providing onsite technical support and training, carrying out site audits and providing feedback to customers and supervisors
* This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm or 8am - 5pm

* A proven mechanical engineering/mechanics background
* Electronics, hydraulics and component fault finding background/experience
* Flexible disposition
* Aptitude to learn quickly
* Ability to work unsupervised
