What you’ll do:
* Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives to ensure high standards of cleanliness across the site.
* Organise rotas, delegate daily tasks, and oversee performance.
* Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out in accordance with site standards and Sodexo policies.
* Provide training and mentoring for new and existing team members.
* Monitor supplies and equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
* Liaise with on-site management and respond to client needs efficiently.
What you bring:
* Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services, preferably in a supervisory role.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
* Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
* Admin and scheduling competence, with good physical stamina.
