Your Responsibilities
As a Sub-Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing engineering control and supervising production resources. Your day-to-day activities will include:
* Producing, monitoring, and managing short-term lookahead programmes.
* Exhibiting sound commercial awareness at the Sub-Agent level.
* Managing temporary works on-site, leveraging your prior experience as a TWS/TWC.
* Contributing to permanent works design input and review to ensure constructability.
* Overseeing the change process through RFI/FCR/NCR.
* Mentoring and managing junior staff to foster their growth.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Experience in planning, managing, and monitoring civil works (earthworks, structures, drainage, reinforced concrete, or temporary works).
* Previous experience as a Sub-Agent with a solid understanding of NEC contracts and commercial project delivery.
* CSCS & SMSTS certifications.
* An excellent understanding of CDM regulations and site safety standards.
