Are you looking to start or grow your career in administration? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful IT Services company as a Trainee Administrator, working as part of a friendly, close-knit team and directly supporting two Directors and the team within a thriving SME.
This varied trainee role will give you exposure to all aspects of office administration, including:
Answering and directing telephone calls
Managing incoming emails and correspondence
General administration and data entry
Supporting the Directors with day-to-day tasks
Assisting colleagues across the business as required
As part of your development, the company will invest in your training and you will work towards a recognised qualification in Business Administration.
What we’re looking for:
A positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good IT skills with a willingness to learn
Either some office/administration experience or the motivation to begin your career in this field
