An Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ 11–18 school in Salisbury is seeking an innovative and dedicated Design & Technology ECT to join their successful Technology Department on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2026. About the Role The successful ECT will teach DT across KS3–KS5, specialising in Product Design, Engineering, or Resistant Materials. They will plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons that promote creativity, critical thinking, and technical precision. Mentored by experienced subject specialists, the ECT will gain confidence in developing classroom practice, managing workshop environments, and supporting students through GCSE and A-Level coursework. They will also have opportunities to participate in extra-curricular activities such as design competitions, robotics clubs, and exhibitions.
