Lead Insight Analyst
Up to £70,000 + bonus
Hybrid - Leeds (2x days per week)
An industry-leading online healthcare provider is seeking a Customer Insight Lead to shape and deliver its customer insight strategy. Reporting to the Head of Customer Insight, you will manage a team of four analysts and drive data-led decision making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver the customer insight strategy end-to-end
* Lead LTV modelling and apply outcomes across the business
* Drive RFM analysis and embed usage across teams
* Develop and implement customer segmentation for acquisition and retention
* Support strategic and financial planning through improved LTV and CPA
* Utilise research data, social listening, and wider insight methodologies
* Run A/B testing and optimise campaign performance
* Collaborate with Data Science to apply predictive models
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong, hands-on SQL capability
* Experience using or applying predictive models
* Experience leading or managing a team is required
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence
* Ability to present insights clearly and drive action
