In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and execute online marketing strategies, build strong partnerships with top-tier retailers, and unlock data-driven growth opportunities. You will manage retailer media campaigns, lead customer-centric activations, and work cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class online presence and results.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and lead targeted digital campaigns to increase visibility and conversions across online platforms.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align media strategies with commercial goals.
* Optimize investments across key media channels, using performance insights to refine tactics.
* Leverage shopper data and digital shelf analytics to enhance product placement and performance.
* Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners to co-create impactful digital initiatives.
About you:
* A digital native with a strong understanding of eCommerce retail channels.
* Proven experience in performance marketing, digital commerce, or media strategy roles.
* Strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
* Confident in working cross-functionally and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
* Experience with retail media platforms (e.g., Citrus, Criteo) and eCommerce analytics tools is a plus.
