We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
* Assist in food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety.
* Serve food and beverages in accordance with established protocols, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and equipment.
* Handle catering tasks as required, ensuring all events run smoothly from start to finish.
* Provide support as a barista when needed, preparing coffee and other beverages to perfection.
* Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with catering services is advantageous.
* Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices are essential.
* Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility within the role.
