We are looking for aSales Support Apprenticeto join our busy Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will support day-to-day sales administration, customer communication and data entry, helping us drive accuracy, efficiency and excellent service.
What youll do
* Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries
* Input data into our ERP (SAP) and CRM systems
* Prepare and process quotations
* Maintain customer records and support ongoing relationships
* Assist with sales forecasting, reporting and general administrative tasks
* Organise samples and marketing materials for customers
