The Role & The Work
One of the largest and most well-known firms in the North East of Scotland is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its established and highly regarded Aberdeen team.
With a strong presence in the Aberdeen and wider North East legal market, this firm has built a reputation for delivering consistently high-quality work, supported by long-standing client relationships and a deep understanding of the regional property landscape. Joining a busy and well-established Residential Property team, you will handle a varied and engaging caseload covering sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title, managing transactions from instruction through to completion. The work is broad and consistent, offering exposure to a diverse client base across the North East, from private individuals to investors and returning clients built through strong referral networks.
Operating in a fast-paced but supportive environment, you will play a key role in maintaining the team’s reputation for efficient, client-focused service delivery. As you develop, you will take on greater responsibility for your own matters, build long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued success of a team that is central to the firm’s offering in the region.

Your Experience
* Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE)
* Solid experience in Residential Conveyancing and the Scottish Property market
* Confident managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive and commercially aware approach
