Shipping Coordinator
Location: Fareham
Hours: Mon - Thurs, (07:00 - 15:30) Fri, (07:00 - 12:30)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We're looking for a detail-driven Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our Engine team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring high-value aerospace components are processed, documented, and dispatched accurately and compliantly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly regulated, technical environment with full training and support from an experienced team.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of the dispatch process, ensuring everything leaving the site is correct, compliant, and on time.
1. Preparing and processing shipping & export documentation
2. Coordinating shipments with couriers and freight partners
3. Liaising with internal teams, including Quality (CNC / CMM), Dispatch, and Customer Support
4. Ensuring all shipments meet strict aerospace compliance and regulatory standards
5. Raising and managing paperwork to release goods for dispatch
6. Maintaining accurate records, logs, and tracking data
7. Supporting wider supply chain and operational activities
