Housing Services are looking for a surveyor who will be responsible for the provision of a high quality and comprehensive stock condition surveys to enable Asset Planning and Stock Management. Qualified to HNC in Building Studies (or equivalent) you will lead on and co-ordinate the processes and procedures for stock condition surveys, including preparing and carrying out a five year programme. You will need experience of working in a Social Housing environment and as a technical expert with demonstrable knowledge of building construction and legislation, you will be able to advise others on technical issues and be able to produce comprehensive technical specifications, drawings and contract documentation.
