About the Role: We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide PPA cover across the school, from Early Years to Year 6. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive, safe learning environment. Contribute to assessment, feedback, and the overall learning experience of pupils. Offer targeted support to individuals or small groups when required. About You: We’re looking for someone who is: HLTA qualified or has equivalent relevant experience. Confident in delivering lessons to whole classes across the primary phase. Flexible, well-organised, and enthusiastic about working with children of all ages. A strong communicator with excellent behaviour management skills.
