The Role
Our client is seeking Residential Childrens Support Workers and Qualified Support Workers to join their dedicated teams. Successful candidates will support children in a residential setting, helping them to feel safe, valued, and supported in their development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people
* Promote positive behaviour and build strong, trusting relationships
* Support daily routines, education, and personal development
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a safe environment
* Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
