Job Title: 1st Line IT Helpdesk Engineer

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests, responding promptly to enquiries received via telephone, email, and in-person.
* Logging all incidents and service requests accurately within the helpdesk ticketing system.
* Providing technical support for software, hardware, and network issues, escalating com-plex problems when necessary.
* Sharing responsibilities for administering and provisioning users across various systems, in-cluding Microsoft 365 (e.g., user accounts, mailboxes), and third-party applications like our CRM and phone systems.
* Provisioning and maintaining IT endpoints such as PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
* Supporting general office infrastructure, including desk wiring and network connectivity.

* Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration and common applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
* Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
* Strong communication skills, enabling you to convey technical information clearly to those without a technical background.
