Salary: £12.84 £13.47 per hour
Do you have a passion for shaping young minds? Were looking for a Level 3 qualified, caring, and enthusiastic Early Years professional to join our friendly Butterflies Nursery team at Oldham College.
As a keyworker, youll play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive. Youll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, actively contributing to the planning and delivery of the Early Years Curriculum, and making a real difference in childrens lives.
What Were Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (NNEB, NVQ, BTEC or equivalent)
* Paediatric First Aid certificate
* Ability to observe, record and report on childrens development
* Flexible, positive and team-focused attitude
* Commitment to health, safety, hygiene, child protection and staffing ratio standards
* A genuine love for helping children grow and succeed
