Job Description

Corporate Policy Coordinator

* Part-time, Fixed-Term position until July 2026 (20 hours per week)
* Salary: £16,884 - £17,773
* Location: Beeston, Nottingham

Join our Housing Association based team as a Corporate Policy Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping the policies and procedures that drive our organisation forward. Day-to-day of the role:

* Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure they are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with our company's goals and values.
* Collaborate with various departments across the business to gather input and feedback, ensuring our policies meet internal standards as well as regulatory and legislative requirements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, providing support and guidance on policy-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in policy development and coordination is highly desirable.
