Support individual students or small groups in their academic, social, and emotional development. Provide one-to-one support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN). Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assist with classroom management, including setting up materials and resources. Supervise students during break times and extracurricular activities. Support pupils with their reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
