Your new role Working within the audit and accounts team, you will work on audit assignments for clients ranging in size as well as preparing statutory accounts, providing support to senior colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve deadlines. You will work with accuracy, taking on more responsibility for client liaison and leading assignments over time. You will get involved in assignments from planning through to completion and will spend your time working at client sites, in the office and remotely. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to study towards professional accountancy qualifications with full study support offered. What you'll need to succeed At Associate grade you will be at least AAT L4 qualified with experience working in an audit and accounts role within an accountancy firm. At Audit Senior level, you will be progressing well through ACA or ACCA qualifications and will be close to qualifying or recently qualified. You will be confidently able to lead sections of larger audits and oversee smaller audits from start to finish – supporting more junior members of the team and keeping managers up to date on progress. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work to deadlines.
