They are seeking an experience Legal Partner specialising in corporate law to join their team in the Manchester office. This role pays a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000 annum depending on experience. Responsibilities as a Legal Partner: Lead and manage complex domestic and cross-border transactions Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements Coordinate with regulatory, tax, employment, and other specialist teams About you as a Legal Partner: Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate 10 years PQE experience in Corporate Law. Proven track records managing complex corporate matters independently.
