Asset Management Assistant needed in South East London Paying £20 per hr ref OR23338 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Support the collection, inputting, and maintenance of asset and property data. Assist with stock condition surveys, compliance checks, and data audits. Help prepare reports, asset registers, and performance information for managers. Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and internal teams to obtain accurate information. Provide administrative support to the asset and compliance teams. Help monitor programmes such as planned works, servicing schedules, and property inspections. Ensure all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
