Are you detail-driven, reliable and confident working independently?
We are a well-established inventory and compliance company working with leading letting agents and landlords across the South East. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a professional Property Inspector to join our team.
This is not just "walking around taking photos."
It is a responsible, structured role that requires accuracy, integrity and strong time management.
The Role
You will attend residential properties to carry out:
* Inventories (pre-tenancy reports)
* Check-outs
* Mid-term property inspections
* Smoke & CO alarm checks
Using our specialist reporting software, you will produce clear, structured and detailed reports that stand up to deposit disputes and compliance scrutiny.
You will work independently on site and represent our brand at all times.
What This Role Requires
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written English
* Confidence speaking with tenants and agents
* Ability to work alone and manage your own time
* Calm professionalism in sometimes challenging situations
* Flexibility – schedules can change at short notice
This role is both physically and mentally demanding. Some days are fast-paced with multiple visits across different locations.
Essential Requirements
* Right to work in the UK
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Own vehicle
* Smartphone
* Availability during weekday daytime hours
