Senior Customer Service Advisor - Debt Support
Chester (Hybrid - up to 3 days a week working from home following initial training period)

We're hiring a Senior Customer Service Advisor to support clients through complex and sensitive financial situations. This is a meaningful role where your judgement, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make a real difference.
The Role
Provide end-to-end debt support and guidance
Manage complex, high-risk, and vulnerable cases
Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care
Support colleagues with specialist advice on challenging scenarios
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
About You
Experience in customer service, complaints, or case handling
Confident managing sensitive or complex situations
Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills
