The ideal Restaurant Supervisor will have the following experience
* Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in luxury lifestyle venue.
* Impeccable service standards with an eye for detail
* Immaculately presented, attentive and naturally guest focused.
* Strong people management skills and experience with leading a team.
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with members.
* A passion for hospitality and customer service.
* Must have high level of both spoken and written English.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to motivate and drive the team.
* An excellent team player.
