The role:
You’ll lead the hotel’s digital marketing activity, ensuring the brand is consistent, compelling, and commercially effective.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and evolving the digital marketing strategy
* Social media management and content planning
* Paid digital campaigns (PPC, paid social, display)
* Website optimisation and SEO
* Email marketing and CRM
* Tracking performance, reporting, and ROI
* Working closely with revenue, sales, and on-property teams
About you:
* Proven digital marketing experience (hospitality experience is a big plus)
* Strong understanding of social, paid media, and performance marketing
* Creative thinker with a commercial mindset
* Confident managing agencies or suppliers
