Full-Time Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
GP Surgery, Manchester (SK14)
Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP
We are working with the highly-ranked GP Surgery in Manchester (SK14), who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment with a reputable surgery that prioritises excellent healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing chronic diseases and long-term conditions
* Assessing and treating minor illnesses and acute conditions
* Prescribing and administering medications as needed
* Performing health assessments, consultations, and patient reviews
* Providing healthcare advice and support on prevention, lifestyle, and wellbeing
Skills & Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification (ANP)
* Independent Prescriber (desirable)
* Experience in managing long-term conditions and minor illnesses
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting is advantageous
