Your new role
As an Operational Planning/MI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in producing and automating high-quality management information and business intelligence using Power BI and other tools. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with operational teams to understand and simplify MI requirements.
2. Developing reporting and dashboards to monitor operational demand and resource needs.
3. Overseeing monthly performance reconciliation across the group.
4. Identifying opportunities to optimise resource allocation and improve efficiency.
5. Supporting forecasting processes and contributing to change initiatives.
6. This can be either a fully remote OR hybrid role with a 35-hour work week and flexibility to balance work and personal time
What you'll need to succeed
7. Strong experience in MI production, automation, and workforce planning solutions.
8. Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data techniques).
10. Experience with workforce management tools for forecasting and scheduling.
11. Excellentmunication and relationship-building skills.
12. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
