Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Working Pattern: 8am - 8pm, 4 days on / 4 days off (including some weekends)
Location: Newport
Reports To: Site Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Resident Services Coordinator to join my clients on-site team. This front-facing role is ideal for someone with a hotel receptionist background or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests upon arrival.
Answer phone calls and respond to resident and guest enquiries efficiently and helpfully.
Manage incoming mail and parcel distribution.
Take payments from residents and issue receipts.
Follow up on outstanding resident payments in a polite but firm manner.
Process bookings for on-site guest rooms.
Check in guests and issue keys as required.
Perform routine fire alarm testing in accordance with health and safety protocols.
Use front-office systems to update resident and guest information.
Monitor and maintain reception systems and administrative processes.
Use Sage (or similar systems) for financial processing, where applicable.
Support general site safety and assist during incidents or emergencies when required....
