Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager, organised and resilient and able to work as part of cross-functional teams. You will be managing integrated digital centric and creative campaigns and finding new ways that make our client brands stand out. We are a trusted partner to a mixed portfolio of International B2B and B2C clients in markets including Professional services, Marine, Maritime, Energy, Chemicals, Communications, Oil & Gas, Automotive and Building Infrastructure and more.

Responsibilities

* Managing the day-to-day client partner relationship through effective communication, problem solving and responding to requests in a timely manner, becoming a trusted member of their extended team
* Working with our clients to understand their business goals and objectives, contributing to the development of strategies that align with those objectives
* Managing a diverse range of projects, campaigns and on-going retainers, including responsibility for timelines, budgets, and deliverables, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
* Communicating and coordinating activities with the digital, marketing, social and PR teams, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals
* Keeping internal project management systems up-to-date and ensuring projects and tasks are delivered on time
* Taking client briefs and helping shape creative and thorough internal briefs or user stories for the agency’s teams
* Analysing campaign performance to optimise results
* Collaborating with the internal teams to develop effective marketing plans and roadmaps including conducting research and analysing data
* Agree key performance indicators, develop reports, and provide insights and contribute to recommendations for future campaigns
* Organise and run meetings, setting agendas to ensure things run to plan
* Develop proposals and estimates to ensure we charge clients accurately, maintaining projections and updating finance systems as required
* Identify ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities and market research


Qualifications / About you

The opportunity

You will have experience working on activation campaigns and digital applications and exceptional knowledge of developing and working on campaign strategies that bring together all media channels. You will need to think on your feet, to help develop creative, innovative and inspired communications and thrive on being involved in the full spectrum of marketing disciplines, working with our digital, creative, PR, social, film and event teams.

You must be a confident writer and communicator, have a creative eye and enjoy building strong relationships with your clients and the wider agency team.
