Responsibilities
* Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
* Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
* Open and close, stock, and cash up the pub
* Be a role model for customer service
* Think on the spot and use initiative
* Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
* Support the team to deliver everyday moments and stand‑out occasions
* Thrive in a busy, varied, fast‑paced environment that is fun and welcoming
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.

Compensation and Hours
