The Role
You will be joining a collaborative and well:resourced planning team, working on a diverse portfolio of projects. The role offers exposure to high:quality work across strategic land, rural estates, and development planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing planning applications from inception through to determination
* Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
* Preparing planning appraisals, reports, and submissions
* Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants
* Supporting senior team members on larger, complex projects
About You
* MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
* Previous experience in a consultancy or local authority environment
* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
