Job Duties:
* Assist the teacher in delivering lesson plans and providing support to students
* Lead small group activities and provide one-to-one support to students as needed
* Help maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour
* Prepare and organise learning materials and resources for lessons
* Support students with special educational needs and disabilities
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in an educational setting
* Level 4 qualification in Education or related field
* Passion for teaching and supporting student learning
* Enhanced DBS certificate
Knowledge and Skills:
* Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive in identifying and addressing student needs
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with children with special educational needs
* Additional training in behaviour management or child development
Working Conditions:
* Contract position with full-time hours
* Work within a school setting in Uxbridge, Greater London
* Collaborate closely with teachers, students, and parents
* Adhere to school policies and procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
